Black Bunny Bakery was launched as a farmers market booth in 2018 by Chef Carolyn Crow. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Carolyn continued her studies of real food and classic pastry techniques at the famed Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California, and advanced her chocolate skills at the Valrhona École de Grand Chocolat in France. After 10 years as a pastry chef and chocolatier for restaurants and boutiques in the DC area, Carolyn now most enjoys sharing her passion for real food with others in cooking classes and events.
